About the job
- At least 2 years in Account Management, Customer Success Management, or another post-sales role at a B2B software company, personally owning a renewal or expansion number.
- A track record demonstrating the value of a specific account upon taking it over and upon leaving it, and the actions taken to grow it.
- Ability to interpret usage data, read adoption dashboards, and build commercial arguments from the data.
- Ability to conduct executive-level and commercial conversations in the same meeting.
- Own post-launch relationships with enterprise buyers and program owners, from the first production call through renewal.
- Grow consumption across enterprise accounts by moving pilots into production, expanding from one use case to multiple use cases, and expanding from one department to the organization.
- Own renewals, including forecasting, negotiating, closing, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Use usage data to develop the business case customers use internally to expand.
- Bring identified blockers to Product and Engineering with associated revenue context.
- Own net revenue retention across a book of enterprise accounts.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing.
- Experience with artificial intelligence, large language models, or voice artificial intelligence.
- Startup experience.
- Technical fluency with application programming interfaces, integrations, and deployment concepts when working with customer engineering teams.
