Launch Your Career: Hiring Day – Spring 2026 Grads

Are you graduating in Spring 2026 and ready to take the first step in your professional journey? 

Join us for our in-person Hiring Day event at our Waterloo office on October 30^th.  This will be a dynamic opportunity to connect, learn, and explore your future with GHD! 

This event is designed for students who are: 

• Graduating in Spring 2026   (Already graduated? Check out our Work at GHD | Careers | GHD site for opportunities) 

• Have less than 2 years of formal work experience (internships and experience not related to the role is not included as part of the formal work experience) 

• Are authorized to work in Canada  

Explore opportunities in our key markets: Environment, Engineering, Water, Transportation, Property & Building, and Construction 

During the Hiring Day, you’ll: 

• Attend engagement sessions to learn more about GHD’s mission, values, and career paths with our young professionals and leaders 

• Network with fellow graduates and GHD professionals across all experience levels 

• Be interviewed by the team that best aligns with your preference and profile and if you´re selected, you´ll receive an offer to start growing your career with us as soon as you graduate! 

This pipeline is a general application for the location event/job of your preference. If you're interested in more than one location, please apply only to your top choice—you’ll be asked to indicate your preferred location(s) in the next steps. 

Candidates selected for next steps, will receive a follow-up email with an MS Form link to share more about their preferences.
