Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing corporate action-related processes, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of various events
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to address complex issues and provide expert guidance
  • Contribute to the development of documentation and market practices, while also researching and resolving inquiries
  • Lead and manage a team of corporate actions specialists, ensuring effective collaboration and efficient workflow
  • Oversee the accurate and timely execution of corporate action events, including dividend payments, reorganizations, and bond redemptions
  • Conduct thorough cash reconciliations and review security transactions, adhering to strict quality control measures
  • Serve as a Corporate Actions expert, providing guidance, training, and support to less experienced team members
  • Meet with organizational units and stakeholders to ensure proper handling of corporate action events and maintain open communication
  • Research and respond to inquiries from internal and external parties, offering timely and accurate resolutions
  • Participate in the development and improvement of corporate action-related documentation and market practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market practices to enhance corporate action processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business groups, depositories, and clients to ensure client satisfaction
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Corporate Actions department by achieving team objectives and driving continuous improvement
