We're looking for a Project Delivery Systems Leader to take ownership of one of GHD's most important enterprise capabilities: our Delivery System.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced project delivery professional who is passionate about continuous improvement, digital enablement and operational excellence. You will lead the vision, roadmap and ongoing evolution of the systems, processes, content and knowledge that underpin how projects are delivered across our global business.

About the role

Reporting to the Leader, Project Delivery Enablement, you will be responsible for the ongoing performance, enhancement and governance of GHD's Delivery System and its integrated components. You'll work at the intersection of project delivery, business transformation and technology, partnering with senior leaders and Information Services teams.

You will also lead a talented multidisciplinary team focused on system capability, content management, knowledge enablement and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Shape the future of project delivery at GHD by leading the strategy, roadmap and evolution of our Delivery System and ensuring it continues to support business priorities and enterprise growth. 
• Drive continuous improvement at scale, identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes and content that improve the experience and effectiveness of project teams. 
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability while building capability across delivery, knowledge and content functions. 
• Partner with leaders across the business, building trusted relationships and working closely with Information Services and key stakeholders to align priorities and drive impactful outcomes. 
• Champion knowledge and delivery excellence, ensuring our project delivery frameworks, content and tools remain accessible, relevant and aligned to the way our people work. 
• Connect people, process and technology, helping create a modern project delivery environment that supports quality outcomes for our clients and communities

What you'll bring

We're interested in experienced leaders from professional services backgrounds who combine strong project delivery expertise with a passion for transformation and improvement.

You'll ideally have:

• Extensive experience leading project delivery, business improvement or enterprise capability initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, delivery governance and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation capability.
• The ability to balance competing priorities and drive enterprise-wide outcomes. 

Highly regarded

• Experience leading technology-enabled transformation programs.
• Exposure to business process management disciplines and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience driving organisational change within a complex or professional services environment.
