Seeking Program Manager - Standard candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as DEA.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Professional, Technical and Administrative Support Services (PTASS) (Program Manager - Standard) in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) | Department of Justice Located In  and across the CONUS Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager - Standard | Comprehensive Operational Support [DEA0042047]

Requires program management experience supported by strong project management experience, and strong understanding of the appropriate programs and associated market. Must have demonstrated ability in effective oral and written communication, planning and supervisory, leadership and operational skills. Must have financial skills combined with the ability to develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve desired objectives.

Works closely with senior management in aspects of operational and financial oversight. Manages and directs activities in the planning, development and implementation of new business. Ensures employees have the necessary tools and training to perform their jobs in compliance and company policies. Ensures that program functions in a manner that satisfies contractual obligations and develops timely and accurate reports on the status of operations. Focuses on consistent quality of all services by developing and maintaining an environment promoting excellence in all operations.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Requires 5 plus years of program management experience.

Skills Required

Requires program management experience supported by strong project management, communication, leadership, and financial skills.

Competencies Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program).  Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
