What believers are saying
- Leave includes extra sick days: the Prague operations-manager vacancy advertises 25 vacation days and three sick days.
- Homeworking is permitted: the Kassel key-account-manager listing explicitly marks home-office availability.
- Project ownership spans delivery: the Abingdon manager role leads refrigeration projects from contract award through commissioning.
What critics are saying
- Travel takes substantial time: the Prague operations role expects about 30% of working time within the Czech Republic.
- Visa sponsorship is unavailable: the Abingdon refrigeration-project-manager vacancy explicitly excludes sponsorship eligibility.
- Two languages are required: the Kassel sales vacancy requires good spoken and written German and English.
What makes CCR Commercial Refrigeration unique
- Ownership links CCR to Haier: the official site identifies the refrigeration business as part of Haier Smart Home.
- Manufacturing spans two regions: CCR operates three European factories and one Asian factory.
- Customers have a usage-based option: CCR's refrigeration-as-a-service model charges monthly for refrigeration performance instead of upfront equipment investment.
