  • Minimum of six months in an SDR or sales role at a startup

Responsibilities
  • Responding to inbound demo requests from the website: You'll handle inbound email requests from prospects, schedule their qualification calls, and conduct these calls. You should be comfortable leading early-stage sales conversations and quickly assessing if prospects align with Fountain
  • Account research: Conduct research on accounts to determine if they fit Fountain's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Additionally, support Account Executives (AEs) by providing account insights to aid in building account plans
  • Sales Outreach: Utilize tools such as Gong, LinkedIn, and Salesforce for outbound and inbound sales activities
  • Day to day responsibilities include outbound phone and email activities, you must be comfortable with both tactics
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey for prospects. Foster growth and development of these relationships
  • Pre & Post Event Lead Management: Assist the sales and marketing team in event preparation by managing lead outreach
  • Event Support: Provide on-site support for our sales team during events by providing account information for in-person conversations. Occasionally, join the sales team at events to assist with staffing
