  • Assist the VP of PR & Communications and Public Relations Director in creating
  • And implementing unique press strategies to elevate the brand and set the
  • Company apart from its competitors
  • Assist the VP of PR & Communications and Public Relations Director in the
  • Creation of individual public relations strategies for executives, agents, listings
  • Offices etc
  • Create and maintain relationships with top tier journalists
  • Secure top tier media coverage for executives, agents, listings, offices etc
  • Secure strategic speaking and panel opportunities for executives and agents
  • Secure opportunities for executives, agents, listings, offices etc on new media
  • Platforms including notable Podcasts, YouTube channels, Instagram Live
  • Sessions and more
  • Field in-bound media inquiries
  • Write media kit materials inclusive of press releases and fact sheets
  • Write byline content on behalf of executive leadership and agents
  • Assist Copywriter on an as-needed basis in the creation of materials including
  • Blogs and listing copy
  • Assist the Public Relations Director in preparing and submitting awards
  • Submissions on behalf of the firm, executives, and agents
  • Participate in agent training sessions
