About the job
- A BA or BS degree from a four-year, accredited university is required.
- At least 2 years of demonstrated, continued, progressive sales success is required.
- Healthcare experience is required.
- Strong cold-calling and closing skills are required.
- Experience with a customer relationship management system is required; Salesforce is preferred.
- Comfort using a range of technology platforms while on the road is required.
- A clean driving record and the ability to maintain a home office are required.
- The ability to travel overnight within the territory and attend conferences and company meetings is required.
- The ability to adhere to HIPAA, confidentiality, and compliance policies, procedures, and standards is required.
- The ability to adhere to administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls is required.
- Uncompromising ethics and integrity are required.
- Meet and exceed territory volume growth objectives by developing new accounts and increasing business in existing accounts.
- Build relationships with medical practices, treatment centers, and other healthcare providers, serving as a trusted strategic partner focused on growth and long-term client relationships.
- Manage a book of business with face-to-face travel within the region.
- Prior experience in pain management is preferred.
- Salesforce experience is preferred.
