Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in FLP
Prepare and deliver engaging, student-centered instruction (in-person, hybrid, or online as assigned)
Develop syllabi and course materials aligned with departmental standards
Assess student performance and providetimelyfeedback
Maintain regular communication with students and department leadership
Office hours - Faculty need to be available for at least one additional hour per week for each course taught, to advise students concerning their coursework.
JD or Master’s degree in the teaching discipline or closely related field (Doctorate preferred for graduate-level instruction)
Strong communicationand instructional skills
Commitment to inclusive excellence and student success
Prior college-level teaching experience
Experience with learning management systems and online teaching platforms
Experience working with diverse and first-generation student populations

Adjuncts receiveremunerationon a semesterbasis, andmay range from$1,200/credit hour.
