Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • One to three years of demonstrated, quota-carrying consultative sales experience, in person, over the phone, or both.
  • B2-C1 bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations, assess client needs, communicate service value, handle pricing concerns and resistance, and guide prospects toward a decision.
  • Ability to learn and stay current on immigration case types based on attorney guidelines and training.
  • Ability to use CRM platforms and telephony systems accurately and effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations in person or over the phone or video with prospective clients, assess their immigration situation, match them to the appropriate case type using attorney-approved guidelines, and close the engagement.
  • Meet or exceed individual key performance indicator targets, including lead-to-client conversion rate, down payment collected, case value, and speed-to-sign.
  • Navigate pricing concerns, hesitation, and resistance using the firm's selling framework, involving a manager only for approved exceptions.
  • Follow up consistently with all open leads by phone, text, or email to answer questions, address concerns, and move prospects toward a decision.
  • Walk clients through case pricing and available payment options, obtaining approval for manager specials or non-standard payment plans.
  • Manage the consultation-to-conversion workflow, including conducting consultations, confirming eligibility, reviewing pricing, collecting an initial down payment when applicable, scheduling the sign-up appointment, and sending the client contract.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of consultations, dispositions, and follow-up activities in Litify/Salesforce and Amazon Connect.
  • Participate in weekly legal training with firm attorneys and in sales training and development programs.
  • Represent the firm's commitment to dignity, access, and empowerment in every interaction.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in legal intake, immigration services, financial services, insurance, or other consultative professional service sales.
  • A proven track record in quota-carrying or metrics-based environments.
  • Experience handling pricing objections and resistance while building trust and maintaining conversion goals.
  • Experience navigating Salesforce/Litify CRM platforms and Amazon Connect telephony systems.
