Assist in the Company’s external financial reporting process, including quarterly and annual reporting, Forms 10-Q and 10-Q, other SEC filings such as Forms S-3 and 8-K, and other financial reporting as required.
Prepare the financial information for press releases and coordinate with the Finance and Investor Relations departments on all draft versions.
Prepare and review the internal management reporting package.
Assist with preparing quarterly financial statements, including the Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Stockholders’ Equity, Statement of Comprehensive Income, and earnings-per-share calculations.
Review detailed Extensible Business Reporting Language tagging of financial statements and footnotes.
Research accounting and regulatory guidance and instructions to ensure accurate and relevant disclosures in audited financial statements and SEC filings.
Desired Qualifications
An MBA and Certified Public Accountant credential are preferred but not required.
