Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for IT-related questions and troubleshooting issues
  • Oversee deployment and management of hardware using MDM solutions
  • Support office network infrastructure with Ubiquiti routers and switches
  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams on cybersecurity measures
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of IT processes and security protocols
