About the role:
So, what does a Contract Coordinator do? In short, they are a key link between Business Affairs and the Client Services teams, based in London and Berlin. Being a people person is a must as you’ll be the first point of contact for our Client Service teams with any ad-hoc queries surrounding: content approval, contracting, and campaign execution. You’ll also support contract workflows and take the lead on setting up campaign trackers for our teams to contract creators.
You’re not in it alone, you’ll work closely with our Senior Manager, Business Affairs, he’s based in London and looking for someone to support the European region on all things contracts, process and ops.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Be the go-to POC for Client Services, providing daily BA support on European campaign trackers, releases, and amendments.
- Tracking the docs, keeping tabs on contracts from the point of creation through to signature.
- Drop the knowledge by providing training to the Client Service team on processes and operations of the Business Affairs team.
- Campaign Pro, stepping in to support our Client Service team with ad-hoc queries.
- Automation lead, taking charge of setting up our contract automation from templates to ensure our Client Service teams are able to contract creators and troubleshoot any issues in real time.
- Work flexible hours to support our Global BA team when needed.
- Supporting our Senior Manager, Business Affairs with admin, contract execution and ad-hoc requests.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, marketing, entertainment, or the Creator scene.
- A passion for social media, the creator economy, and a fondness for processes and contracts.
- Someone always on the lookout for ways to innovate and streamline processes.
- A self-starter who is able to work independently following training.
- Stay organised to manage and prioritize daily requests like a pro in a fast-paced environment.
- Being open to flexing hours beyond the standard schedule to ensure campaigns go off without a hitch.
- The ability to confidently lead presentations to internal teams, backed by the broader Business Affairs team.
- Juggle and prioritise multiple requests to keep projects on track in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, especially in contracts and providing direction to internal teams, where getting it right is key.
