Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to POC for Client Services, providing daily BA support on European campaign trackers, releases, and amendments.
  • Tracking the docs, keeping tabs on contracts from the point of creation through to signature.
  • Drop the knowledge by providing training to the Client Service team on processes and operations of the Business Affairs team.
  • Campaign Pro, stepping in to support our Client Service team with ad-hoc queries.
  • Automation lead, taking charge of setting up our contract automation from templates to ensure our Client Service teams are able to contract creators and troubleshoot any issues in real time.
  • Work flexible hours to support our Global BA team when needed.
  • Supporting our Senior Manager, Business Affairs with admin, contract execution and ad-hoc requests.
