As the National Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating sales through directing Capital Group’s relationship with key distribution firms by delivering sales, marketing and investment ideas in support of Capital Group business initiatives.
You’ll focus on integrating company initiatives and resources to help further penetrate and increase Capital Group’s presence. You excel at leveraging centers of influence relationships to gain access at the home office level.
You’re motivated by setting goals and measuring your performance against them. You’ve always considered yourself a people person. You pride yourself on building meaningful relationships and establishing trust. You embrace collaboration and regularly contribute in group discussions, which helps you work skillfully with other senior sales force colleagues to identify opportunities for better investor outcomes.

You have a degree in finance, economics, statistics or a relevant field of study.
You have experience in third party distribution within asset management and you have broad knowledge of mutual funds, CITs, Broker Dealers and recordkeeping platforms
You have 3-5 years in Retirement Sales or National Accounts experience
You stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
You’ve developed and executed on a business plan for key intermediaries or broker/dealer firms.
You’ve fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.
You demonstrate intellectual curiosity and analytical skills.
You have experience working with mutual fund analysts, product approval and research teams.
You will help and assist with Capital Group’s institutional business development initiatives.
You must hold the SIE, Series 7,63/65 or 66 to be able to apply

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
