About the Company

Silvi Materials

Vertical-integrated supplier of concrete and aggregates

Silvi Materials is a family-owned supplier of construction materials with a vertically integrated supply chain, offering ready-mix concrete, sand, stone, cement, and rock salt. Its products are produced and delivered through divisions like Silvi Concrete, Sahara Sand, Gibraltar Rock, and Riverside Cement, using cement import terminals, rail, and barge logistics to manage sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution. The company differentiates itself through long family ownership, strategic acquisitions, and a broad suite of services—including stevedoring, transloading, real estate, and materials sourcing—that go beyond just making concrete. Its goal is to reduce environmental impact and achieve carbon neutrality for all its concrete within the next decade, supported by initiatives such as solar-powered facilities, a CNG truck fleet, concrete recycling, and Environmental Product Declarations.
