Requirements
  • The candidate must hold a current pharmacist license issued by the applicable state board where services will be provided.
  • Remote workers must additionally hold a current pharmacist license issued by their state of residence.
  • The candidate must have five years of experience as a pharmacist in a pharmacy setting.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Pharmacy from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education-accredited school of pharmacy is preferred.
  • Board certification is preferred.
  • Three years of experience in a leadership or management role is preferred.
  • Completion of annual education related to specialty accreditation requirements is preferred for facilities with specialty accreditation requirements.
