- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their vacancies, priorities and recruitment needs.
- Create engaging and accurate job adverts.
- Advertise and manage vacancies through the recruitment platform.
- Review applications and CVs and identify suitable candidates.
- Proactively source candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and suitability conversations.
- Shortlist candidates and present suitable applicants to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and support managers throughout the selection process.
- Conduct interviews where appropriate, virtually or at sites.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the process and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Support the offer and pre-employment process.
- Follow successful candidates through to onboarding and help ensure they are ready for their first day.
- Keep recruitment systems and vacancy information accurate and up to date.
- Build candidate pipelines for recurring and harder-to-fill hospitality roles.
- Maintain regular communication with managers and operational teams about vacancies and candidate pipelines.
- Support recruitment events, careers fairs, open days and other attraction activities.
- Previous hospitality or high-volume recruitment experience.
- A positive, solutions-focused approach.
- A genuine interest in people and providing a great candidate experience.
- A willingness to learn, develop and take ownership.
