Requirements

Credits toward a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a similar field from an accredited institution.
Successful completion of relevant Information Technology coursework.
Basic understanding of algorithms, systems analysis and design, database concepts, and networking concepts.
Expected graduation date in Fall 2027, Spring or Summer 2028, or Spring or Summer 2029.
Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; verification of employment eligibility is required at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

Work with business groups to gather and document business needs and processes.
Develop enterprise business automation solutions using the toolset of the assigned projects.
Work with business teams to perform application testing of configurations, migrations, and customizations.
Operate within Arconic Information Systems standards and conventions and applicable Arconic business-unit and regional/global Information Technology standards.
Work across a global Information Technology team to share information and best practices.
Support end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives by participating in requirements gathering, solution design sessions, development activities, testing, and deployment of new capabilities.
Work with process owners and technical teams to analyze business processes and translate requirements into ServiceNow service requests.
Contribute to the creation and enhancement of Integration Hub components to improve automation capabilities and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Information Technology Applications teams to learn internal development processes and standards.
Learn and apply the applicable toolsets to solve real-world business problems.
Add value to the company through key Information Technology project and task deliverables.
Bring new perspectives and ideas to Information Technology efforts and processes.
Communicate professionally and effectively with a wide variety of people face-to-face, over the phone, via email, via Microsoft Teams, and in writing.
