  • DoD SECRET CLEARANCE
  • Bachelor's degree such as Business Administration or Engineering
  • 3 years of relevant field experience. CPI/LSS experience in the health care industry
  • Practice continuously as a Black Belt since certification
  • Possess experience in all elements of ASQ MBB Book of Knowledge (BOK) or equivalent industry recognized quality organization (i.e., NCQA and others)
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience associated with successfully accomplishing the requirements
Responsibilities
  • Lead/support CPI strategy and execution (DMAIC, DMADV, RIE)
  • Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and workflow optimization
  • Support training and mentoring of Green Belts
  • Develop reports and improvement recommendations
Desired Qualifications
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • 2 to 5 years of excellent skills in multitasking, prioritization and planning, schedule management, and the coordination of complex executive functions
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Possess strong editorial and writing skills and a keen understanding of different audiences
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Preferred experience in a military health environment and an understanding of the military organization
  • Experience supporting BUMED, DHA, or Navy Medicine
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or CPI programs

He also held the role of vice president of business development for military and veteran health. The executive also previously led as vice president at Federal Advisory Partners, which acquired Favor TechConsulting and Universal Consulting Services in 2022 and transformed into Tria Federal in March 2023.
