- Technically lead the front-end and back-end development team.
- Define and implement solution architectures based on the MERN stack.
- Develop, implement, and maintain scalable integrations and APIs.
- Build and optimize high-performance backend systems.
- Ensure development best practices, code quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Product, DevOps, and business.
