Responsibilities
Execute residential electrical work in a clean, professional, and efficient manner.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems.
Build and present ethical options ranging from repairs to permanent solutions.
Work respectfully with dispatch, managers, and in-house staff to ensure smooth operation of complete and incomplete jobs.
Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities.
Maintain the company-provided vehicle and inventory of parts, fixtures, tools, and shop equipment.
Provide professional customer experiences and help customers make informed and confident buying decisions.
