Requirements
  • Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario in Radiology is required.
  • Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and practice activities in a multidisciplinary, family-centered care environment.
  • Perform the complete range of tests and procedures related to general radiography.
  • Maintain patient information registries and prepare reports.
  • Maintain equipment and perform other relevant radiologic technology duties.
  • Work across all three hospital locations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience scanning computed tomography head and renal colic cases is preferred.
  • Registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists is an asset.
  • Completion of or enrollment in the CAMRT computed tomography certification course is an asset.
  • Training in cross-sectional anatomy is an asset.
  • Completion of an intravenous certificate course is an asset.
  • Ability to speak another language is an asset.
