About the job
- A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related subject.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Performance Management, Business Intelligence, or Consulting.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business metrics.
- Experience designing KPIs and management dashboards.
- Experience drafting business and functional specifications.
- Understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics principles.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Collaborate with management to define the business performance measurement framework.
- Design and manage corporate KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Define the calculation methodology for each KPI.
- Ensure all business units share a common understanding of the metrics.
- Review KPIs periodically to align them with the company's strategic priorities.
- Gather and analyze requirements from management and business units.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Create Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and application development teams to implement dashboards, reports, and automations.
- Support development teams during implementation.
- Coordinate development of new reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with BI Developers and Engineers.
- Check the accuracy of data and calculations.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure the quality and reliability of business information.
- Manage the production cycle for management reports.
- Monitor the timely release of periodic reports.
- Analyze results and identify significant variances or trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
- Support decision-making through reliable information.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of KPIs.
- Propose new metrics and reports.
- Explore new Business Intelligence tools and techniques.
- Participate in corporate performance improvement initiatives.
- Experience with Power BI or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of SQL or basic data management principles.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Experience with Performance Management Frameworks or Balanced Scorecard.
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Project Management.
