  • 5+ years of SaaS experience in sales, marketing and/or direct outbounding
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience with direct experience hiring, developing and promoting global business development leaders at scale
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce.com, Gong, Gong Engage, Cognism, and other enterprise outbounding systems
  • Passion for innovation, creativity and developing the careers of your team
Responsibilities
  • Creating a predictable and consistently-growing new and horizontal global sales pipeline for the Movable Ink sales team
  • Lead the strategic direction of the outbounding team
  • Build consistent career paths for the outbounding organization
  • Partner cross-functionally with Business & Revenue Operations teams
  • Lead a monthly global pipeline meeting
  • Ensure proper tech stack and enablement for the team
  • Partner with product marketing on content strategy and messaging
