What You Will Do
Project Leadership
Manage heavy civil construction projects from planning through closeout.

Develop scopes of work and manage subcontract agreements.

Project Coordination
Partner closely with Superintendents to coordinate field and office operations.
Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities to maintain project progress.
Change Management

Prepare and negotiate change proposals with owners and engineers.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
Strong knowledge of earthwork operations, underground utilities, and civil infrastructure construction.
Experience working with municipal, DOT, or public infrastructure projects preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
