Responsibilities
  • Perform various clerical tasks in the office for eight hours per day, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.
  • Maintain positive, strong interpersonal, and professional relationships with client and contractor employees.
  • Research SAP orders for duplicate invoice processing.
  • Review service entry sheets from all contractors.
  • Assist contractors with billing issues pertaining to purchase-order issues.
  • Review orders for accuracy and compliance.
  • Review geographic information system mapping for accuracy.
  • Provide training on Lemur and other SAP programs.
  • Identify training needs based on system reports.
  • Maintain reports on active SAP program users.
  • Communicate interdepartmentally.
  • Serve as the client lead for SAP storage-location assignment and material access.
  • Communicate with construction vendors.
  • Support departmental managers and staff.
