Requirements

Very strong and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
Several years of experience in Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, or Microsoft 365.
Experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Workplace Consulting.
Experience creating quotations, technical concepts, and solution designs.
Ability to structure and calculate services, effort, and technical solutions.
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and appropriately for the audience.
Confidence in customer-facing situations and interest in presentations and workshops.
Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
Very good German and good English language skills.

Responsibilities

Advise customers on Modern Workplace and Microsoft Intune.
Analyze requirements and develop technical solution and architecture concepts.
Develop solution designs for RFPs, tenders, and complex customer inquiries.
Create and take responsibility for technical quotations, including scope of services, quantity frameworks, calculations, and exclusions.
Design modern workplace solutions focused on Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, and Microsoft 365.
Present solutions to customers and support Sales in proposal and decision-making situations.
Plan and moderate workshops on requirements, architecture, solution design, and roadmaps.
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Architecture, and Service Management.
Ensure developed solutions are technically feasible, economically sound, and operationally viable.
Contribute experience to the development of the workplace portfolio, standards, and presales materials.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with RFPs and tenders is an advantage.

Du konzipierst moderne Workplace-Lösungen mit Fokus auf Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management und Microsoft 365.
Du präsentierst Lösungen bei Kunden und unterstützt Sales in Angebots- und Entscheidungssituationen.
Du planst und moderierst Workshops zu Anforderungen, Architektur, Lösungsdesign und Roadmaps.
Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Engineering, Architecture und Service Management zusammen.
Du stellst sicher, dass die entwickelten Lösungen technisch umsetzbar, wirtschaftlich sinnvoll und betriebsfähig sind.
Du bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Workplace-Portfolios, unserer Standards und Presales-Unterlagen ein.

Qualifikationen

Sehr gute und fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management oder Microsoft 365.
Erfahrung im Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture oder Workplace Consulting.
Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Offerten, technischen Konzepten und Lösungsdesigns.
Du kannst Leistungen, Aufwände und technische Lösungen strukturiert kalkulieren.
Erfahrung mit RFPs und Ausschreibungen ist von Vorteil.
Du kannst komplexe technische Themen verständlich und adressatengerecht vermitteln.
Du trittst sicher bei Kunden auf und hast Freude an Präsentationen und Workshops.
Du arbeitest pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
