Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead and expedite the product design efforts of our Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) product.
  • Craft simple, intuitive, and innovative experiences for eCommerce platform business operators and advertisers aiming to execute high-performance sponsored ad campaigns.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization and be responsible for design at every stage of product development from concept to stakeholder alignment, through launch, and beyond.
  • Collaborate with existing UX teams at Moloco, influence the design team culture and practices, and champion design as a strategic partner in product development.
  • Work closely with PMs, engineers, and cross functional teams to define and design the product experiences for our MCM product.
  • Adopt a customer-centric design approach, utilizing insights from generative and evaluative user research and testing to shape design choices.
  • Build deep customer empathy and inspire cross functional teams to enhance their understanding of our customers.
  • Work alongside both design and product teams to define, craft and evolve our design system, creating a unified experience across platforms and customer touchpoints.
  • Elevate the design practice.
  • Embody and establish best practices for the design team, acting as a mentor to fellow designers.
