- Practical experience in hygiene management in a regulated production environment.
- Knowledge of applicable hygiene regulations, ISO 14644, and the EU GMP Guide Annex 1.
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills for training responsibilities, local documentation requirements, and close collaboration with production teams.
- Experience working with external service providers in hygiene-related areas.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a friendly, cooperative, and assertive manner.
- Develop, implement, and maintain hygiene processes and the associated hygiene requirements.
- Conduct hygiene training sessions and hygiene inspections.
- Investigate hygiene-related deviations and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate and monitor external service providers, including pest control, cleaning services, and workwear management.
- Contribute to hygiene-related validation and qualification activities.
- Advise and support local production and quality units on hygiene-related matters.
- Prepare for hygiene-related audits, accompany them, and oversee follow-up activities.
- Apply relevant regulatory requirements, including ISO 14644 and the EU GMP Guide Annex 1.
