- At least 5 years of experience writing requirements.

- Experience with IBM DOORS for documenting requirements and Microsoft Visio.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Act as the primary interface between a specific business or functional area and its information technology partners.
- Identify business-unit requirements, create project and process specifications, facilitate testing, coordinate with project teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide resolution to an extensive range of complicated problems.
- Interact with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters, frequently coordinating across organizational lines.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional certification.
- Knowledge of pricing and/or selling systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with business areas and corporate partners.
- Effective organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
