About the Compliance Internship

If you are interested in pursuing a career in ESG & Sustainability Compliance, this 10-week summer internship will provide you with valuable experience at a complex global firm. During your time with us, you will gain exposure to and build your knowledge base on:

• Assessing financially material ESG issue areas and metrics by industry
• Developing internal resources to monitor ESG factors
• Evaluating impacts of global ESG regulation for asset managers
• Understanding ESG risks and opportunities
• Improving operational environmental footprint of firm globally
• Creating ESG reporting and updates for optional internal use
• Conducting research on sustainability priorities and best practices
• Preparing instructional documents and training materials

Summer Internship Program at Point72

In addition to the learning and development you’ll receive in your day-to-day role with your team, as a part of our summer internship program you will:

• Work alongside your fellow interns and be mentored by experienced professionals

• Meet your peers through designated intern programming, volunteer opportunities, and social events
• Attend sessions with senior leaders discussing their expertise and career paths
• Get hands-on access to best-in-class tools and resources
• Gain exposure to groups and functions with unique responsibilities and perspectives on our industry
• Develop technical, writing, and presentation skills

What’s required

• Expected bachelor’s degree in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for sustainability and ESG with related coursework a plus
• Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the team
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $66,500 (USD), which does not include overtime compensation, discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
