  • Associate’s degree preferred with 3-5 years of relatable experience
  • Must have experience in sales and college recruitment/admissions
  • Experience in efficiently communicating via digital communication
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects
  • Quick learner who can take initiative and assume accountability
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with prospective students via text, phone, or email to schedule visits
  • Be on call and respond to student requests to schedule visits
  • Conduct admissions interviews and presentations with prospective students
  • Reach acceptance and enrollment goals with regular reporting
  • Process online applications, visit requests, and inquiries into an admissions database/CRM
  • Plan and organize on-campus and virtual events
  • Be on the phone for several hours a day
  • Have a flexible schedule and be available to work nights and weekends
  • Be able to do high school presentations
  • Miscellaneous tasks per Director of Admissions discretion
