Responsibilities
  • Work within the hotel's communications department and contribute to creating and writing press-relations materials, including press releases, press kits, and press reviews.
  • Maintain press files, monthly reports sent to headquarters, and communications-related tools.
  • Help organize visits and stays for journalists and influencers, accompany journalists, select photographs, manage and coordinate influencer collaboration requests, and organize filming and photo shoots.
  • Assist with organizing and ensuring the smooth running of events associated with the hotel's various key annual occasions.
