Requirements
  • A GED or High School Diploma or an Associate's Degree is required.
  • CASAC-T certification is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience with the population in a residential setting or related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide case management services to a caseload of up to 15.
  • Manage and develop systems in the facility.
  • Complete all paperwork for charting as required by the funding source.
  • Conduct groups periodically or as directed by management.
  • Provide housing assistance to clients.
  • Complete housing assessments and referrals.
  • Complete HRA 2010-E forms (CAPS).
  • Attend management trainings, team meetings, and staff meetings.
  • Provide assistance within the facility where needed.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Clinical Supervisor.
Desired Qualifications
  • A CASAC or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
