Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, including inbox and calendar management and coordination of site team meeting schedules.
  • Create and maintain project trackers, folder structures, and associated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage purchase orders from raising through receipting, procure materials for site crews, and record costs in relevant trackers.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and third-party contractors to coordinate minor repairs and works as required.
  • Arrange site inspections and audits, including leak audits, playground safety inspections, landscaping inspections, road safety audits, and post-construction tree surveys.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on site performance and reporting compliance, and regularly review outstanding project actions with the engineering team.
  • Communicate with homeowners and external stakeholders about upcoming works, including drafting correspondence and coordinating letter drops.
  • Support the project management team in implementing new processes and procedures, and assist with handover and completion activities as required.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties required by the team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Site Clerk, Site Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • A qualification in a construction-related discipline.

Dublin City Council announces launch of 95 Starter Homes. 24 August 2026 Discover more Discovering Niche Magazine Subscriptions Bidding On Municipal Government Contracts Applying For Government Grants Dublin City Council today announced that eligible applicants will be able to apply from 23 September 2026 for the next and final launch of 95 Starter Homes for sale (formerly the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme) at Oscar Traynor Woods, Dublin 17. The Oscar Traynor Woods project is a landmark new development by Dublin City Council delivering 850 A-rated new homes in partnership with Glenveagh and Clúid Housing, which comprises a mixed tenure development of homes to rent and buy under the Starter Homes Progamme as well as social homes. The site is located in Coolock, Dublin 17 and is being delivered in phases. It will include new parks, community spaces, a multi-use games area and a number of retail and commercial spaces - all designed to build a sense of community, promote residents' well-being, and encourage a genuinely sustainable way of life. Applications are now invited for the final release of starter homes for sale, which will be ready for occupation in 2027. This release comprises 28 one-bedroom apartments, 48 two-bedroom apartments and 19 three-bedroom apartments. Through the Starter Home Purchase Scheme, Dublin City Council helps eligible households bridge the gap between their mortgage/deposit and the market value of a home, in return for a percentage equity share. These Oscar Traynor Woods homes will be offered at an average 22% discount to open market value. The price successful applicants will pay will depend on how much they (and, if relevant, their spouse/partner) earn. * One-bedroom apartments will cost between €251k and €318k. The salary range (single or combined) is €56k to €71k; * Two-bedroom apartments will cost between €299k and €380k. The salary range (single or combined) is €67k to €85k; * Three-bedroom apartments will cost between €340k and €413k. Bank of Ireland backs $621.5M debt refinancing for homebuilder Glenveagh to deliver 19,000 units

Bank of Ireland has confirmed its participation in Glenveagh Properties' €550 million debt facility refinancing, alongside AIB, Barclays, Home Building Finance Ireland, ING and MetLife Investment Management. The expanded facilities, increased from €450 million, will support the homebuilder's development of its 19,000-unit landbank and the annual delivery of 2,750 to 3,600 units through to 2030. Kevin Baxter, Head of Property Finance at Bank of Ireland, said the bank's housing strategy centres on supporting sustainable delivery of new homes at scale with experienced partners. The financing package provides the certainty required to plan and build with confidence, helping to bring forward thousands of new homes annually.

Glenveagh to buy $11.3M shares as Teleios offloads 16.6% stake worth $30.5M

Teleios Global Opportunities Master Fund intends to sell a 16.6% stake in Irish homebuilder Glenveagh Properties, comprising 12 million shares valued at €27.2 million based on Thursday's closing price of €2.27. The sale will be conducted through an accelerated bookbuilding process to institutional investors, with J&E Davy appointed as sole bookrunner. Glenveagh said it plans to participate in the placing by purchasing approximately €10 million worth of shares as part of its ongoing buyback programme. The Maynooth-based company's involvement demonstrates confidence in its own stock whilst reducing external shareholding.

Plans set for major Westmeath housing project. Tuesday, 5 May 2026 10:47 Plans for the development of a major housing project are being set for a Midlands town. Glenveagh Homes Limited wants to build 278 new homes along with a specially designed childcare facility on the outskirts of Mullingar. The plans include the installation of ESB substations, pedestrian pathways, cycle lanes, and parking for cars and bicycles. The site works involve decommissioning and relocating existing underground surface water attenuation tanks, as well as diverting two existing foul sewer lines. A decision is due from Westmeath County Council on June 24th.

The development includes a mix of 1 bed apartments and 2, 3 and 4 bed semi-detached and terraced houses, alongside a creche. A planning decision is expected by early June.
