Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Veterinary, Food Science, Food Technology, or another science-related field is required.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
At least three years of experience in Regulatory Affairs in the Petcare or FMCG industry is required.
At least three years of experience in food manufacturing is required.
Good English and Thai communication skills are required.
Knowledge of food-processing units and equipment is required.
Good project-management skills are required.
SAP experience is required.
Experience managing a team in a production line is required.
Willingness to work rotating three-shift operations on a five-day workweek, with shifts rotating every two weeks, is required.

Responsibilities

Provide management support to production teams to enable them to achieve their goals.
Plan and coordinate training and development needs for production-team members and provide opportunities to attend appropriate training and development courses.
Plan and coordinate implementation and maintenance of new products or processes, and seek solutions to optimize current or new products or processes.
Provide and seek ongoing feedback and direction as planned or unplanned changes occur that may affect the business.
Plan, coordinate, review, and improve implementation of safety, health, and environment systems and procedures that directly affect people and production activities.
Assist the Production Manager in implementing and leading the management of minor factory projects, and provide technical input to major projects.
Regularly monitor and review production-process costs against budget and seek to create value in the production process.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of TPM is an advantage.

To plan & co-ordinate the training & development needs of each member of the production teams & provide opportunities for individuals to attend the appropriate training & development courses.
To plan & coordinate the implementation & maintenance of any new product or processes & actively seek solutions to optimize these current or new products or processes.

ARE YOU A FIT?

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing.
Good English and Thai communication skills.
Knowledge of food processing unit and equipment.
Service minded, work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
Good project management skills and think on their feet.
SAP experience is a must.
TPM knowledge will be advantage.
Experience managing a team in the production line.
Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift operation on a 5-day workweek basis, with shift rotation every two weeks
