Requirements
  • Two to seven years of experience in management consulting.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience supporting digital, data, automation, or artificial-intelligence-related initiatives in a consulting or enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of generative artificial-intelligence concepts, including large language models, artificial-intelligence agents, copilots, automation workflows, and enterprise artificial-intelligence adoption challenges.
  • Ability to translate business problems into structured solutions and practical implementation approaches.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with experience working across business and technical teams.
  • A product- and solution-oriented mindset focused on driving measurable business impact.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about emerging artificial-intelligence capabilities and willingness to continuously learn and experiment.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for generative artificial intelligence, automation, and artificial-intelligence-enabled transformation.
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into practical artificial-intelligence use cases, workflows, and solution concepts.
  • Help prioritize artificial-intelligence initiatives based on business value, feasibility, scalability, and user impact.
  • Define success metrics tied to efficiency, adoption, quality, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Help design, prototype, and implement artificial-intelligence-powered workflows and agent-driven solutions across operations, finance, sales, customer support, and enterprise services.
  • Structure multi-step workflows, including decision logic, orchestration, inputs and outputs, and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and data teams to move solutions from pilot to scaled deployment.
  • Evaluate emerging artificial-intelligence tools and platforms to identify practical enterprise applications.
  • Support end-to-end delivery across multiple artificial-intelligence and transformation initiatives.
  • Drive execution across cross-functional teams while balancing speed, quality, and business priorities.
  • Help establish scalable operating models, governance approaches, and implementation best practices for enterprise artificial-intelligence adoption.
  • Navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems in fast-paced client environments.
  • Track adoption, performance, and business impact of artificial-intelligence-enabled solutions.
  • Analyze user feedback, workflow outputs, and operational metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and user experience.
  • Refine prompts, workflows, and operating processes to improve reliability and business outcomes.
  • Support development of repeatable playbooks and scalable delivery approaches.
  • Help organizations adopt new artificial-intelligence-enabled ways of working through training, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Educate business teams on effectively and responsibly leveraging artificial-intelligence tools and solutions.
  • Develop documentation, playbooks, and best practices to support scalable adoption.
  • Partner with legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders to support responsible artificial-intelligence implementation.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience experimenting with artificial-intelligence tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or workflow automation platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems, data platforms, customer relationship management tools, or operational workflows is a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or transformation programs is preferred.
  • Experience in consulting, technology, financial services, or fintech industries is a plus.

Sia acquires Kaiser Associates to launch global corporate strategy and M&A business line

Sia, a global management consulting group, has acquired Kaiser Associates, a US-based strategy consulting firm, to launch a dedicated Corporate Strategy, Private Equity and M&A business line spanning the US, UK, France, Middle East and Australia. Founded in 1981, Kaiser Associates brings 65 consultants and operates from Washington, D.C., New York and London. The firm specialises in go-to-market strategy, growth assessments and market landscaping for Fortune 500 executives and private equity funds. Kaiser Associates' leadership team, including Ali Cumber, Paul Mumma and Jon Meyerholz, will join Sia as partners, with Meyerholz heading the new business line as managing partner. The acquisition expands Sia's North American presence and strengthens its position in private equity advisory.
