Responsibilities
Manage visitors at access control points with courtesy, decisiveness, and professionalism.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while performing public-facing duties.
Validate strict compliance with security standards.
Interact with affinity participants, including local and state police and the Department of Homeland Security.
Ensure high standards of conduct and zero tolerance for nonprofessional behavior.
Support effective and transparent employee discipline procedures.
Maintain high-touch communication among contract employees, client management, and company managers.
Plan preparedness measures for effective responses to potential crises.
Provide customer service through daily interaction with students, staff, faculty, and visitors.
Desired Qualifications
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment is preferred.
Certifications in CPR, First Aid, AED, NARCAN, MOAB, or ACT I, II, or III are highly preferred.
An associate's degree or greater in Criminal Justice-related studies is preferred.
Experience documenting observations, providing customer service, and following security procedures is preferred.
Previous concierge experience is preferred.
