Responsibilities
  • Champion end-to-end customer journey mapping that leverages marketing domain knowledge and ABM principles, ensuring seamless user experiences across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Design Systems and Research teams to identify experience gaps, using data analytics and AI to guide iterative improvements with a clear business impact
  • Provide frameworks and guidance that help designers and engineers create cohesive, data-informed experiences, enhancing product stickiness and long-term customer value
  • Identify and deploy AI-driven design tools, predictive analytics platforms, and data visualization capabilities that simplify complex marketing workflows and inform design decisions
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, where designers test new AI features, data models, and personalization strategies to continually refine the product experience
  • Integrate data-driven insights and automation into daily design operations, enabling rapid iteration, targeted improvements, and more meaningful user interactions
  • Establish open, data-rich communication channels, ensuring that all stakeholders—from marketing and product management to engineering—have visibility into upcoming initiatives and their potential business impact
  • Host regular stand-ups, reviews, and strategy sessions where teams can discuss data findings, AI capabilities, and domain insights that shape design decisions
  • Maintain thorough documentation of decision-making rationales, data analysis, and AI-driven experiments to sustain an environment of continuous improvement and accountability
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure design strategies align with business goals, industry trends, and evolving marketing methodologies
  • Quickly pivot resources and design approaches in response to shifts in customer needs, competitor landscapes, or emerging marketing technologies
  • Continuously refine the design team’s strategic direction, ensuring that investments in data analysis, AI integration, and marketing domain expertise drive meaningful, quantifiable business results
