Lupa Pets offers Lupa OS, a veterinary-specific SaaS that unifies clinic management, client engagement, and a pet-parent app in one subscription-based system. It automates scheduling, clinical notes, billing, and inventory, with an AI co-pilot named Jerry for diagnostic ideas and operational insights, plus Lupa Notes that transcribes consultations; it also integrates with medical devices, wholesalers, and insurers and provides a mobile app for pet owners. The platform differentiates itself by targeting veterinary workflows with device and supplier integrations, AI tools, and a claimed reduction in admin time and missed appointments, along with an exclusive UK market partnership with Vetsure. Its goal is to modernize veterinary clinics by centralizing operations, reducing administrative burden, and expanding its UK presence.

Lupa Pets raises $20M for AI lab

Lupa has secured $20M to launch the world's first veterinary AI lab, addressing the $350B petcare market's lag in technology adoption. Many veterinary groups still use outdated systems from the 1990s, hindering productivity and business performance. Lupa aims to consolidate these into a single, enterprise-grade operating system, improving efficiency and user experience for both clinics and pet owners. This integration promises doubled ROI on software spend and significant time savings for vets.
