Requirements
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration, including Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- Experience with Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, and Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, including Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Machines.
- Experience with Windows client deployment and management using Intune and Autopilot.
- Experience managing network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and subnetting.
- Experience managing and optimizing Wi-Fi networks.
- Experience configuring site-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience implementing and managing security controls using a defense-in-depth approach.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, and Intune security policies.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment, patch management, and remediation.
- Experience with multi-factor authentication, Conditional Access, and identity and access management.
- Experience with security monitoring, logging, and incident response.
- Familiarity with security frameworks including NIST and CIS benchmarks.
- Hands-on technical leadership and willingness to perform the technical work.
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating with Managed Service Providers.
- Experience managing stakeholders including internal staff, leadership, and external partners.
- Experience with proactive infrastructure improvement and modernization.
- Experience with IT documentation, process development, and implementation of best practices.
- Experience with project management for small-to-medium infrastructure initiatives.
