Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText LoadRunner solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, volume, scalability, and spike testing strategies for enterprise applications.
  • Create comprehensive performance test plans, workload models, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts using OpenText LoadRunner Professional.
  • Execute performance testing initiatives and validate application behavior under expected and peak business loads.
  • Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, network, and infrastructure layers.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to investigate root causes and recommend performance improvements.
  • Design realistic workload models that simulate production user behavior and transaction volumes.
  • Monitor application and system performance using industry-standard monitoring tools.
  • Analyze server utilization, response times, throughput, resource consumption, and transaction performance.
  • Prepare performance test reports, executive summaries, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Participate in application sizing, capacity planning, and release readiness assessments.
  • Support CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives by integrating performance testing into deployment pipelines.
  • Create and maintain reusable performance testing assets, test data, and performance benchmarks.
  • Assist project teams with non-functional requirements gathering and performance acceptance criteria definition.
  • Validate performance impacts of application enhancements, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
  • Support production incident investigations involving application performance issues.
  • Contribute to performance engineering best practices and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Operating margin improved to 20.6%, up from 14.2% in the same quarter last year. Free cash flow margin rose to 12.7% from 10.1%. Following the announcement, Zebra's stock jumped 11.9%. Chief executive Bill Burns attributed the record results to broad-based demand and strong supplier relationships.
