- At least 8 years of demonstrable experience in application software design, development, and implementation of medium-to-large-scale web-based systems and applications.
- At least 8 years of experience programming in client/server applications.
- At least 5 years of experience analyzing business requirements, generating project specifications, developing code, and applying computer programming techniques and computer languages.
- At least 5 years of experience unit testing and performing peer reviews of developed code to ensure conformity to standards and design best practices.
- At least 5 years of experience programming in Structured Query Language and/or Transact-SQL.
- At least 3 years of experience programming with PowerBuilder.
- At least 3 years of experience programming with C# and JScript.
- At least 3 years of experience developing complex computer systems using C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML, and web services.
- At least 2 years of experience programming with Microsoft .NET Framework versions 3, 3.5, or 4.
- At least 2 years of previous management, supervisory, or team-leader experience.
- Experience developing complex computer systems using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, 2010, and/or 2012.
- Experience participating as a programmer/analyst in projects using Capability Maturity Model or Capability Maturity Model Integration Level 3 methods and practices.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Lead technical and business experts in analyzing and designing complex business requirements.
- Develop solutions using PowerBuilder, .NET, ASP, C#, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and Structured Query Language stored procedures.
- Test and implement developed solutions.
- Support and maintain existing and newly developed solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using SILK automation tools, including user-interface and performance test suites.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts.
- Review test output and document results, including logging and following up on identified problems.
- Prepare test-coverage metrics for automated test suites.
- Assist as a technical expert for the Electronic Payments applications.
- Represent CBAF on work groups and contribute significantly to projects and work-group initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of business and user requirements for existing and new Electronic Payment applications.
- Identify and implement technology-based business-process and reporting improvements.
- Stay current with testing techniques.
- Ability to develop enterprise applications using PowerBuilder, .NET, ASP, C#, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and Structured Query Language.
- Ability to conduct training and information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, and prepare oral and written reports and presentations.
