Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven ability to manage operations efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Need AM & PM Availability! We are looking for a professional food and beverage supervisor to be responsible for supervising food and beverage operations in our signature restaurant, Harry’s.
Compensation: $22-$24/hourSchedule: Flexible availability required – including days, nights, weekends & holidaysCross-training available for serving and bartending roles
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify guest needs and respond proactively to concerns or feedback
- Lead and develop the food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
- Establish and maintain goals, training methods, schedules, policies, and procedures
- Foster a culture of ownership, motivation, and teamwork through open communication
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Report regularly to management on sales performance and productivity
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Front of House experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Hands-on experience in both serving and bartending
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software (e.g., Aloha)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Effective delegation and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of current food and beverage trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Guest-oriented and committed to providing outstanding service
This is a full-time position, and the pay is $22-24 an hour.
