  • Minimum 1 year of Front of House experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Hands-on experience in both serving and bartending
  • Proven food and beverage management experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software (e.g., Aloha)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently
  • Effective delegation and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of current food and beverage trends and best practices
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Identify guest needs and respond proactively to concerns or feedback
  • Lead and develop the food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
  • Establish and maintain goals, training methods, schedules, policies, and procedures
  • Foster a culture of ownership, motivation, and teamwork through open communication
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Report regularly to management on sales performance and productivity
