Better Together: Mosaic Dental Collective honors top doctors at fifth annual clinical excellence and leadership event.

Better Together: Mosaic Dental Collective honors top doctors at fifth annual clinical excellence and leadership event. October 21, 2026 SEATTLE, WA - October 2026 - Mosaic Dental Collective brought its top 50 doctors - a combination of partner and associate dentists - together with practice support team leaders and dental industry leaders for its fifth annual company event, held October 8 - 10, 2026, at the historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle. The invitation-only gathering combined advanced clinical education, peer-to-peer mentorship and the Mosaic Circle of Excellence Gala, which recognizes outstanding dentistry and service to communities. Together, these experiences brought Mosaic's "Better Together" philosophy to life. A meaningful investment in continuing education. The three-day program featured nationally recognized clinicians, medical professionals and experts from within Mosaic's own network. Attending doctors had the opportunity to complete more than half of their annual continuing education requirements in a single gathering, with the educational programming provided at no cost to doctors. The sessions spanned implant dentistry, orthodontic growth patterns, soft tissue grafting, restorative treatment, endodontics, case acceptance and the connection between periodontal and systemic health. Featured presentations included: * Rebecca Bockow, DDS, MSD - Healthy Face: Understanding Growth Patterns and Creating Harmony * Katherine Tran, DDS (Mosaic Dental Collective) - Timing and Techniques in Soft Tissue Grafts Around Implants * Brett Sealove, MD, and Adam Burr, DDS (OraPharma) - Periodontal Health and Its Connection to Systemic Conditions * Bruno Arnaud, DDS, MBA (Straumann) - Demystifying Implant Immediacy and Aesthetic Prosthetic Emergences * Brock Hinton, DDS (Mosaic Dental Collective) - Achieving High Case Acceptance * Steve Ottosen, DDS, MSD (Mosaic Dental Collective) - Improving Endodontic Prognosis and Efficiency The inclusion of both medical and dental perspectives underscored the importance of oral health within whole-person care. Presentations by Mosaic doctors also showcased the clinical knowledge shared across the collective. Mentorship beyond the lecture hall. For associate dentists, the gathering offered direct access to experienced partner doctors, clinical mentors and chief clinical officers. Across educational sessions and informal conversations, doctors exchanged ideas, discussed complex cases and built relationships that can continue throughout the year. For prospective doctors exploring a long-term professional home, the event illustrates Mosaic's approach to development: providing access to education, experienced colleagues, peer recognition and opportunities to grow within a collaborative clinical community. Peer-Selected honors at the Mosaic Circle of Excellence Gala. The Mosaic Circle of Excellence Gala recognized doctors and practices for clinical accomplishments, leadership and contributions to their communities. Winners were selected by their peers, and each honoree received a distinctive 2026 MDC Champion "Better Together" Championship Belt. * Best Aesthetic Case - Wendy Spektor, DDS from Spektor Dental * Best Multi-Disciplinary Restorative Case - Prosthodontic Dental Group * Best Orthodontic/Aligner Case - Wenatchee Dental * Spirit of Mosaic Award - Nikki Sekhon, DDS * Humanitarian Award - Mark DiRe, DDS The awards celebrate both technical excellence and the compassion, service and collegiality that shape the Mosaic community. Connection, leadership and the road ahead. Outside the classroom, doctors, practice support leaders and sponsors joined a dinner cruise along the Seattle waterfront, creating time for conversations and relationships beyond the operatory. Mosaic founder and CEO Jagdev Heir, MD, DMD, FACS, opened the event by recognizing the original doctors who joined the collective. An exclusive partner doctor insight session and company update provided a forum to discuss organizational priorities and Mosaic's future direction. Its annual event is about much more than continuing education or recognizing achievements. It's about investing in its doctors, learning from one another, celebrating exceptional patient care, and building relationships that strengthen its entire collective. Mosaic Dental Collective recognized as an Emerging Dental Group to Watch at the ADSO Summit. June 15, 2026 Group Dentistry Now recognizes Mosaic Dental Collective as one of dentistry's Emerging Dental Groups to Watch, highlighting the organization's growth, doctor-led culture, operational excellence, and commitment to supporting patients, providers, and partner practices. Mosaic Dental Collective has been recognized as one of the dental industry's Emerging Dental Groups to Watch by Group Dentistry Now at the Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO) Summit in Chicago. Mosaic was one of only six dental organizations nationwide selected for the honor, a recognition that highlights organizations driving growth, innovation, and leadership within the dental industry. The award reflects Mosaic's continued momentum as a dentist-led organization committed to supporting patients, providers, and partner practices. The awards were hosted by Bill Neumann, CEO of Group Dentistry Now, and Kim Larson, Co-Founder and COO of Group Dentistry Now. Following the awards presentation, Bill served as moderator for a panel discussion featuring leaders from the recognized organizations. Representing Mosaic Dental Collective on the panel was CEO Dr. Jagdev Heir, who shared insights on the company's growth journey, lessons learned along the way, and the opportunities and challenges facing today's dental organizations. During the discussion, Dr. Heir spoke about the importance of maintaining a doctor-led culture while building the systems, support, and infrastructure necessary to help practices thrive. He emphasized that sustainable growth comes from investing in people, empowering local teams, and remaining focused on delivering exceptional patient care. "This recognition reflects the hard work and commitment of our clinicians, office teams, and support staff across Mosaic Dental Collective," said Dr. Heir. "Our future growth is driven by creating opportunities for talented people to succeed - whether that's a clinician building their career, a team member stepping into a leadership role, or a practice expanding its ability to serve patients. When we invest in our people and give them the tools to grow, we create stronger practices, better patient experiences, and greater access to care in the communities we serve." This recognition reflects the collective efforts of the doctors, hygienists, assistants, office managers, regional leaders, and support teams across the Mosaic Dental Collective network. It is a testament to the dedication and commitment of team members who work every day to create outstanding experiences for patients and support the success of partner practices. The event also provided an opportunity to highlight several initiatives supporting Mosaic's continued growth, including the recently launched Mosaic Dental Membership Plan through Plan Forward. Designed to expand access to care for patients without traditional dental insurance, the program helps practices strengthen patient relationships while making dental care more affordable and accessible. Mosaic was proud to have strong representation at the ADSO Summit, including CEO Dr. Jagdev Heir, Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Gary Ackerman, and Chief Operating & Marketing Officer Ryan Torresan. The team was also joined by trusted partners Megan Lohman and Jane Levy from Plan Forward and Tanner DeLoach from Kerr Dental, reflecting the collaborative relationships that help drive innovation and growth across the Mosaic network. As Mosaic Dental Collective continues to grow, the organization remains focused on partnering with exceptional dental practices, supporting clinical excellence, investing in innovative solutions, introducing new services and creating opportunities for team members to build meaningful careers and happy home life. The group remains committed to helping affiliated practices thrive and support the communities they serve. Recognition as an Emerging Dental Group to Watch is an honor, but it is ultimately a reflection of the people who make Mosaic successful. From its doctors and hygienists to its office teams, regional leaders, and support team members, this achievement belongs to everyone who contributes to its mission of helping practices thrive and delivering exceptional care to patients every day. Mosaic Dental Collective, LLC is grateful to Group Dentistry Now, Bill Neumann, Kim Larson, and the broader dental community for their leadership and commitment to advancing the future of dentistry.
