Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Demand Generation, PLG Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Email Marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing best practices, including email deliverability, personalization, segmentation, testing, and reporting.
  • Strong interest in data and segmentation with a desire to understand both the ‘who’ and the ‘how’ of a campaign’s audience performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and tackle challenges with a “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Own the self service motion for first purchase and cross-sell and collaborate cross-functionally to build seamless data-driven experiences in onboarding and adoption.
  • Align the self service roadmap with Product, Growth, and PMM teams to consistently scale efforts and support innovation.
  • Analyze diverse data sources to create highly targeted segments for improved performance, foster a culture of continuous innovation by designing and amplifying impactful tests and optimizations.
  • Champion customer-first initiatives, ensuring best-in-class customer experiences with clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Own and refine orchestrated omni-channel flows using audience-based and behavior-based segmentation.
  • Embrace an ownership mindset while delivering remarkable results.
