- Affinitiy with technology, particularly refrigeration technology, electrical engineering, or installation technology.
- At least MBO 2 work-and-thinking level.
- A valid category B driver's license.
- An F-gases diploma is advantageous but can be obtained through the employer.
- VCA Basic certification is not required at application; the employer can arrange it.
- Maintain, inspect, and install refrigeration and electrical systems.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions.
- Identify recurring problems and contribute to solutions.
- Communicate with customers and provide service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work.
- Work independently or alongside an experienced colleague, with support from a Technical Specialist or Area Supervisor for more complex technical challenges.
