Responsibilities
  • Develop cohesive positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, pricing, and packaging strategy for Olo’s Engage product suite
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and campaigns to promote awareness and adoption of Engage products
  • Oversee how the Engage products are advertised, discussed in press releases, represented in white papers, and seen by the public
  • Collaborate with various teams to push product innovation to match market and customer needs
  • Orchestrate execution of all Engage product communications including collateral, web content, email announcements, and campaigns
  • Work with Olo’s customers to develop compelling case studies that showcase the product value proposition in action
  • Track performance and adoption rates of Olo's products to provide ongoing improvement plans
