  • Advanced interpersonal skills, phone etiquette, and customer service capabilities, including experience managing client relationships and addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Associate's Degree in Business or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
  • Meet servicing needs of large Corporate, Real Estate, Business Banking, and Private Client Group clients through delivery of Depository, Loan, and Treasury Management services, following banking procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Address service requests and inquiries promptly to support client retention and satisfaction.
  • Initiate client outreach as needed while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle loan servicing requests, including advances, pay-downs, statement and bill copies, billing issues, insurance, escrows, and flood insurance, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Manage onboarding by opening and processing accounts, products, and services.
  • Serve as the primary client-servicing contact and maintain comprehensive knowledge of each client relationship.
  • Issue, collect, and review deposit-account documents and disclosures through DocuSign or in person.
  • Upload account-opening documents within established timeframes in accordance with CNB policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Electronic Banking and Treasury Management on onboarding status, forms, implementation, and necessary training.
  • Complete customer profiles and CIP, Bizchex-Chexsystem, ownership information, and account profiles; perform list checks, OFAC checks, and Google searches.
  • Set up and maintain analysis composites, collaborate across teams to integrate account information, and ensure client data is linked and balanced for analysis and reporting.
  • Handle domestic and international wire transfers, internal transfers, stop payments, cashier's checks, and debit cards in accordance with CNB policies and procedures.
  • Obtain required approvals and enter overdraft decisions in EIM within authorized limits.
  • Contact clients to collect missing documents and other items for new deposit and loan accounts.
  • Serve as the initial client contact for BSA/RFI requests and complete requests within specified timeframes, including EDD/KYC updates, PO Alert, OFAC, and High Risk Review requests.
  • Complete required KYCs and EDDs during client onboarding and ongoing updates.
  • Complete Regulatory Excellence Consultant findings requests within specified timeframes.
  • Follow up on onboarding and maintenance requests using system reports, including account funding, Treasury Management implementation, online banking setup, and KYC status; call clients to resolve questions and confirm setup.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Relationship Manager or supervisor.
  • Complete Reg E disputes, resolve fraud and check disputes and check-processing errors, and perform related Aithent system activities.
  • Process deposit-account requests, including CIS maintenance, correcting CIP errors, closing accounts and recording closing reasons, address changes, and signer maintenance with required signature documents and disclosures.
  • Conduct deposit research, including statements, check copies, and balance inquiries.
  • Ensure appropriate disposition of client-related exception items from Deposit Operations and the Non-Post database.
  • Prepare client-related letters, emails, and special reports, including Excel sheets, PowerPoint presentations, and organizational charts.
  • Organize and maintain deposit and loan client files, including creating requested customer folders and subfolders.
  • Maintain product knowledge and attend training as needed to cross-sell bank products.
  • Assess client needs, cross-sell bank products and services, and refer opportunities to lending, Treasury Management, or Wealth Management.
  • Communicate with other bank departments and collaborate effectively.
  • Keep Relationship Managers informed about client activities, issues, RFI status, compromised accounts, and potential opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Participate in on-site client visits and relationship reviews as needed.
  • Follow the bank's operational, regulatory, and security policies and procedures.
  • Collect required items from clients for Relationship Managers according to loan-closing checklists for new loans, modifications, renewals, and related requests.
  • Support Relationship Manager dashboard and pipeline management; create opportunities; complete KYC with Relationship Managers; coordinate payoffs and releases, fee waivers, and resolution of past-due or maturing loans, minimum deposit requirements, and covenants.
  • Collect, review, and upload loan-required ticklers and covenants in accordance with loan conditions.

Sensus Healthcare secures $15M revolving credit facility with City National Bank

Sensus Healthcare has entered into a $15 million revolving credit facility with City National Bank of Florida, according to an SEC filing. The agreement, dated 8 December 2020, is part of the Main Street Priority Loan Facility established under the Federal Reserve Act to support businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The credit facility is secured by accounts, inventory, equipment and intellectual property. It includes financial covenants and reporting requirements, including maintaining a minimum deposit balance and submitting quarterly and annual financial statements. Sensus Healthcare, which specialises in non-invasive treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers using superficial radiation therapy technology, will use the facility to support operations and payroll whilst expanding its market presence. The agreement includes CARES Act compliance provisions, restricting stock repurchases and executive compensation.
